Idea Keeper is a Note Management Program for the Macintosh.
Use it to keep lists of important ideas, keep notes organized, and manage to do lists and reference material of all kinds.
This program is similar to the old "Stickies" in that it is based on managing several windows of text. There the similarity ends. Idea Keeper allows you to keep multiple sets of notes (called "Topics") in which you can format text, insert links to other files, other notes in the program, sounds, etc.
Using Idea Keeper
The easiest way to get Idea Keeper up and running, is to run the application! Idea Keeper supports balloon help.
In addition, I have included two Idea Keeper files which contain more extensive documentation. To open these files simply open them from the finder (e.g. double-click on one) and it will automatically open Idea Keeper and load the file. The two files I have included are Idea Keeper Docs and Idea Keeper Reference. Idea Keeper Docs contains basic information about ik's features, how to get up and running, and my other software. Idea Keeper Reference contains more detailed information on ik's features.
For those who want to read the documentation without using Idea Keeper itself, I have included to folders of text files ("Idea Keeper Docs ƒ" and "Idea Keeper Reference ƒ") which contain text file versions of all the information in the Idea Keeper files.
